flags for curbside boxes

Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone has a resource for purchasing flags for rural garbage boxes. We require residents to place respective red/blue flags on boxes to signal the driver what is in the box. I'd like to be able to make something available other than the "use an old Christmas ribbon" suggestion.

these are like the utility marker flags on stiff wire so it can be fixed easily to the boxes etc.
